摘要
文章从机台数量、产能、产品品种等方面介绍了喷气涡流纺在我国的应用情况,重点介绍了多组分混纺色纱过程中的关键技术控制,包括原料从染色到混棉工序的技术要求、针布选型、梳棉机隔距和纺纱工艺参数的调整等。
The application status of air-jet vortex spinning in China was introduced in this paper, in terms of the number of equipment, the capacity, the variety of products, etc. The key technology points on the production of multi-component stock-dyed yarn with vortex spinning system were elaborated, including the technical requirements for raw material from fiber-dyeing to blending, selection of card clothing, gauge of carding machine, adjustment of spinning process parameter, etc.
