摘要
高职院校协同创新是国家科技创新的战略要求,是高等职业教育的发展趋势,同时也是提升高职院校创新能力的必由之路。协同创新机制及其有效运行的关键在于建设高层次师资队伍、培育较高水平的研发能力、锻造第三方服务平台以及发挥政府的协调作用。
Cooperative innovation in higher vocational colleges is the strategic requirement of national scientific and technological innovation,the development trend of higher vocational education and the only way to enhance the innovation ability of higher vocational colleges.The key to the cooperative innovation mechanism and its effective operation lies in building a high level of teachers,cultivating a higher level of R D capability,forging a third party service platform and bringing into play the coordinating role of the government.
