摘要
分析了我国煤矿岩巷掘进机械化的各发展阶段,指出:经长期探索与实践,形成了两条钻爆法岩巷掘进机械化作业线——以全液压掘进钻车为代表的"高档"机械化作业线和以气腿式装岩机为代表的"普通"机械化作业线;分析了进入21世纪以来,钻爆法岩巷掘进机械化作业线的发展;介绍了近年在扩大应用岩巷掘进机械化作业线的同时,试用"硬岩"悬臂式掘进机和使用全断面岩石掘进机,对提高岩巷掘进机械化水平所做的进一步探索。笔者认为,在相当长时期内,煤矿钻爆法岩巷掘进机械化作业线,仍是全岩巷道掘进机械化的主流作业方式,应扩大"高档"作业线的应用,并不断提高技术水平。本文附录列出了两条"作业线"形成的关键技术和主要研究单位。
After analyzing individual developmental stages of mechanization of rock drift excavation in coal mines in China, the paper pointed out: through perennial exploration and practice, 2 mechanized rock drift excavation operation lines using drilling-blasting method took shape, one is "high-graded" mechanized operation line represented by fully-hydraulic drilling rigs, the other "regular" mechanized operation line represented by air-leg rock loading machines; it analyzed the development of mechanized rock drift excavation operation lines using drilling-blasting method after the advent of 21 st century; it concerned additional explorations of promoting the mechanization of rock drift excavation by trying the "hard rock" cantilever excavator and using the full face rock tunnel boring machine while expanding the application of the mechanized rock drift excavation operation line in recent years. The author believes the mechanized rock drift excavation operation line using drilling-blasting method in coal mine remain as the mainstream operating method of full rock drift excavation mechanization for a long time, and the application of "high-graded"operation line should be increased and technologies be improved. In the annex of the paper, the key technologies and major research units for 2 "operation lines" were listed.
