摘要
提出一种适用于零散天然气回收的工艺——吸附天然气(ANG)回收工艺。利用气井天然气低温、节流降压降温和制冷设备,来消除吸附过程中产生的吸附热。对吸附剂进行比选,选择高比表面积的活性炭作为吸附天然气的吸附剂。对ANG储罐进行优化设计,便于控制吸附过程中储罐内的温度。以最不利工况(天然气压力小于4 MPa)作为计算工况,对吸附过程中产生的吸附热及冷却所需要的循环水量进行计算。
A process suitable for recovering scattered natural gas -adsorbed natural gas (ANG) recovery process is proposed. The natural gas low temperature in gas wells, throttling and refrigerating equipment are used to eliminate the adsorption heat generated during the adsorption process. The adsorbentsare compared and the activated carbon with high specific surface area is selected as an adsorbent for adsorbing natural gas. The design of ANG tank is optimized for easy control of the temperature in the tank during the adsorption process. Taking the most unfavorable working conditions (natural gas pressure is less than 4 MPa) as the calculation condition, the adsorption heat generated during the adsorption process and the amount of circulating water required for cooling are calculated.
