摘要
目的为了评价^(18)F-FDG PET-CT影像测定非小细胞肺癌体积的可行性。方法本研究选择病理明确的19例未经过治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者。在72h内采用^(18)F-FDG PET-CT显像后,采用最大SUV值(SUVmax)、最大SUV值不同阈值包括的体积、前后2次同一阈值所涉及体积的重叠程度等指标进行对比分析。结果两次所测量SUVmax、SUVmax不同阈值所包括的体积均不具有统计学差异,P>0.05,具有相关性,r值分别为:0.94、0.95。SUVmax30%-SUVmax40%测得的体积与CT所测量的体积相近,P>0.05。前后两次同一阈值所涉及肿瘤体积均有较高的重叠率50%-99%。结论采用^(18)F-FDG PET-CT影像结合SUVmax阈值法进行肿瘤体积测量是可行的。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of ^18F-FDG PET-CT imaging in determining the volume of nonsmall cell lung cancer.Methods Nineteen patients with non-small cell lung cancer with clear pathology were selected and no treatment was performed.The ^18F-FDG PET-CT imaging was performed at 72 hours.The maximum SUVvalue(SUVmax),the volume of the maximum SUV threshold included,and the degree of overlap before and after the different thresholds were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the volume of SUVmax and SUVmax value at the two different thresholds,P〉0.05,and these index were correlated,r values were:0.97,0.98.The volume of SUVmax30%-SUVmax40%similar to the volume of CT,P〉0.05.The tumor volume of the same threshold had a high overlap rate of 50%to 99%in different time.Conclusion It is feasible to measure the tumor volume using ^18F-FDG PET-CT combined with SUVmax threshold method.
