PET-CT图像融合在生物靶区定义中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:本研究探讨PET-CT图像融合对生物靶区(BTV)定义的影响。方法:采集行PET-CT图像融合患者3例。放疗前均行18F-FDG PET-CT检查,均在VARIAN治疗计划系统融合成PET-CT图像。由4名有经验的放疗医师分别基于单纯CT和融合图像在第1天和第8天定义GTVCT和GTVPET-CT,比较组内和组间差异;数据处理采用SPSS17.0统计软件,检验水准α=0.05。结果:PET-CT图像融合前后不同时间分别定义GTV,多数医师单纯CT下定义GTVCT差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多组比较方差分析结果显示,单纯CT下勾画GTVCT差异有统计学意义(F=66.529,P=0.000;F=18.762,P=0.000;F=6.681,P=0.000)。两两比较LSD-t检验结果显示,不同医师定义GTVCT多组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。图像融合后4位医师勾画GTVPET-CT比单纯CT下勾画GTVCT的变异系数(CV)减小。结论:PET-CT图像融合可以提高靶区勾画的准确性,减小观察者间和观察者本身的变异。
