摘要 设计了45个纤维网格增强混凝土(TRC)与受火损伤混凝土的单面剪切试件,通过试验研究不同纤维网格材料(玄武岩纤维、玻璃纤维),不同纤维层数(2层、3层、4层),不同界面粘结长度(150mm、300 mm),不同混凝土受火时间(60 min、81 min)和不同混凝土表面处理情况(浅凿、深凿)对界面粘结性能的影响,得到TRC-受火损伤混凝土的界面破坏模式和界面承载力。通过数字图像相关法(DIC)得到了界面位移分布和应变片测得了纤维网格的应变分布,分析并给出了界面的粘结-滑移关系。 45 textile reinforced concrete( TRC) and single shear specimens of fire-damaged concrete were designed to study the factors affecting interface bond behavior,such as different textile material( basalt fibre、glass fibre),different layers of reinforced fibre net(2 layers、3 layers、4 layers),different interface bond length(150 mm、300 mm),different fire time of concrete samples(60 min、81 min) and different concrete surface treatment modes( shallow dig、deep shallow),to obtain the interface failure mode and bearing capacity of TRCfire damaged concrete. Interface displacement field distribution was obtained by DIC and strain distribution of fiber grid was obtained through strain gauges. The bond-slip relationship ofinterface was given by analysis.
