摘要
应用外贴CFRP板加固钢结构正在引起研究者的关注,而CFRP板与钢界面的良好粘结是保证加固效果的关键。文章对两种类型结构胶粘结的CFRP板-钢界面的粘结性能进行了研究,采用三维数字图像相关(3D-DIC)方法测试界面相对滑移,分析了结构胶类型对失效模式、极限荷载、界面剪应力分布规律、粘结-滑移关系的影响。试验结果表明,结构胶类型对界面粘结性能影响很大,在文中条件下,采用Araldite-2015胶的界面粘结强度达到Sikadur-30胶界面粘结强度的2.2倍以上,两种结构胶界面具有显著不同的界面剪应力分布规律和粘结-滑移关系。
The application of externally bonded carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) plates to strengthen steel structures has attracted significant attention, and the bond behavior between CFRP plate and steel is crucial for the strengthening of steel structures using CFRP plates. This paper reports a study on the bond behavior between CFRP plates and steel using the single-shear testing method. Two types of the adhesive were used to investigate the effect of the adhesive type on the interfacial bond behavior. The three dimensional digital image correlation (3D-DIG) technique was used to measure the relative slip of the specimens. The effects of the adhesive type on the failure mode, ultimate load, interfacial shear stress distribution and bond-slip relationship were analyzed. Test results show that the adhesive has a significant effect on the interfacial bond behavior. The ultimate loads for the Araldite-2015 specimens are more than 2.2 times that of the Sikadur-30 specimens. The interfacial shear stress distribution and the bond-slip relationship are also quite different from the interfaces with two adhesives.
