CFRP加固冷弯薄壁槽钢短柱偏心受压承载力试验研究 被引量:8

Experimental study on stability capacity of cold-formed thin-wall short steel channel columns reinforced with CFRP under eccentric compression

摘要 为了研究CFRP加固冷弯薄壁槽钢短柱的稳定承载能力,对腹板和翼缘均粘贴CFRP的试件进行了偏心受压加载试验。7根试件长度均为750 mm,其中1根为未加固的初始试件,其余6根在试件内侧和外侧同时粘贴50 mm宽CFRP,间距分别为50、100 mm和150 mm三种,粘贴CFRP为1层和2层。试验结果表明:粘贴2层CFRP且间距为50 mm和100 mm的短柱局部屈曲迟滞于整体失稳,其余短柱均先发生局部屈曲,且所有加固短柱的局部屈曲荷载和承载力均有不同程度的提高。CFRP间距与短柱腹板高度的比值小于1时,加固效果较理想,且2层CFRP的加固效果好于1层的。当间距为50 mm,层数为2层时,偏心受压稳定承载力提高幅度最大,为12.1%。最后,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件数值模拟构件的偏心受压性能,对比了试验数据和数值模拟结果,二者吻合较好。通过粘贴CFRP,可以迟滞薄壁压弯短柱的局部屈曲,当CFRP层数相同时,CFRP的间距越小,加固后其稳定承载能力提高越大。 To study the stability capacity of short cold-formed thin-walled channel columns reinforced with CFRP,the eccentric compression loading test was carried out on specimens with webs and flanges reinforced by CFRP. Seven columns were all 750 mm long,included one specimen without CFRP and six strengthened with 50 mm width CFRP.The CFRP spacing was divided into 50 mm,100 mm and 150 mm. The CFRP layer had two kinds,one and two layers. The experimental results show that the local buckling of two members reinforced with two layers CFRP whose spacing are 50 mm and 100 mm happen after the global buckling,but the rest members are found reversely. All the local buckling and bearing capacity of the reinforced members are improved to different degrees. Meanwhile,when the ratio of CFRP spacing to web height is less than 1,the reinforced effect is significant,and the reinforcement effect of the specimens wrapped with two layers CFRP is better than the others wrapped with one layer CFRP. As for the specimens with CFRP spacing of 50 mm and CFRP layer of 2,the increased range of stability capacity of eccentric compression is the most significant,which is up to 12. 1%. In addition,the eccentric compression properties of all specimens were simulated through ANSYS program,and the test and the numerical results show good agreement. By pasting CFRP,the local buckling of short thin-walled compression-bending members can be delayed. When the number of CFRP layers is the same,the stability capacity is increased when the spacing of CFRP is smaller.
