摘要
目的了解肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法以随机法将方便选取2014年1月—2017年12月该院接收的60例肱骨近端骨折分成2组:30例实验组选肱骨近端加压锁定钢板治疗,30例对照组选传统钢板治疗,对2组治疗效果展开对照。比较两组优良率、骨折愈合时间及并发症情况。结果实验组治疗优良率96.67%,与对照组76.67%相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.745,P<0.05);骨折愈合时长(12.50±2.65)周,比对照组(15.89±2.47)周短(t=5.822,P<0.05);实验组2例发生并发症,对照组8例发生(χ2=4.172,P<0.05)。结论对肱骨近端骨折选肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗,效果比传统钢板更显著,可明显提升治疗优良率,促进骨折快速愈合,有效防治并发症。
Objective To know the clinical effect of locking proximal humeral plate in treatment of proximal humeral fractures. Methods 60 cases of patients with proximal humeral fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the effect was compared between the two groups, and the excellent and good rate, fracture healing time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment excellent and good rate in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 96.67%and 76.67%, and the difference was obvious（χ^2=4.745,P〈0.05）, and the fracture healing time was shorter than that in the control group, [（12.50±2.65）w vs（15.89±2.47）w],（t=5.822,P〈0.05）, and the occurrence case of complications in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 2 cases an 8 cases（χ^2=4.172,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of locking proximal humeral plate in treatment of proximal humeral fractures is more obvious than that of traditional plate,which can obviously improve the treatment excellent and good rate, and promote the rapid healing of fracture thus effectively controlling the complications.
