摘要
文章系统阐述呼吸内镜专科护士的培训方案,具体内容包括确立明确的培训目标,做好培训需求调查,基于CBE模式的培训课程设置以及培训效果的反馈。旨在通过培训体系的构建对我国呼吸内镜专科护士的培养提供有益的经验和参考。
The article systematically described the training program of specialist nurses in respiratory endoscopy,which involved setting up a clear training goal,carrying out training requirement investigation,forming training curriculum based on CBE model and feedback of the training effect,in order to provide useful experience and reference for the training of respiratory endoscopic nurse in our country.
