摘要
通过文献资料法以及深度访谈法,采用整群分层抽样的方法等对大学生情绪调节能力调查问卷的修订,并运用问卷法探索体育锻炼与大学生情绪调节能力的关系,研究表明(1)自编的情绪调节能力问卷可用作大学生情绪调节能力的测量工具。(2)经常参加身体锻炼的大学生比锻炼不足的大学生表现出更强的情绪调节能力。(3)中等锻炼量在持续锻炼时间12周能够带来较强的情绪调节能力增长。
Through the literature method and in - depth interviews, the questionnaire of emotional adjustment ability- of college students was revised by the method of cluster stratified sampling. Using questionnaires to explore the relationship between physical exercise and the emotional adjustment ability- of college students, the research shows: First, The self- designed emotional adjustment ability questionnaire can be used as a measuring tool for college students motion regulation ability. Second, College students who often participate in physical exercise show more emotional adjustment than those who are lack of exercise. Third, Moderate exercise can increase the ability of emotional adjustment with 12 weeks of continuous exercise.
