摘要
铁路桥梁工程常用的HRB335级钢筋已淘汰使用。由于铁路行业设计标准中缺少HRB400、HRB500高强钢筋相关设计参数,给高强钢筋在铁路工程中的推广应用带来困难。以高强钢筋试验提出的钢筋疲劳强度公式为基础,对客货共线和重载铁路简支T梁、高速铁路简支箱梁以及桥梁下部结构采用高强钢筋后的经济性进行对比分析,研究表明,桥梁采用高强钢筋后经济性更好,尤其是高烈度地震区经济性显著提高。
HRB335 grade steel commonly used in railway bridge engineering has been obsolete due to the lack of design parameters of HRB400 and HRB500 high-strength bars in railway design standards,and application of high-strength bars becomes difficult. This essay carries out a comparative economic analysis of simple supporting T beam( heavy rail,passenger and freight railway),simple box girders( high-speed railway) and bridge substructure with high-strength bars based on high-strength bar fatigue strength formula resulting from high-strength bar experiments. Research results show that bridges with the application of high-strength bars are more economical especially in highly seismic areas.
