摘要
吸水率是评价陶瓷砖内在质量优劣的重要指标之一,国际标准化组织在最新的测试标准ISO 10545.3-2018中规定了真空法为陶瓷砖吸水率测试的唯一方法。笔者通过2个实验及对测试结果的分析,对影响测试结果的2个重要因素即浸水是否保持真空以及放水过程中是否需要继续抽真空进行了探讨,并对其合理性进行了相应的论证。
Water absorption is one of the key factors in evaluating the inner quality of ceramic tiles. The latest testing stand ard ISO 10545.3 2018 issued by the International Standardization Organization has stipulated that vacuum is the only method to test water absorption of ceramic tiles. Through lperformance and result analyse of two expcriments, this article points out two important factors and also makes corresponding arguments to their rationality( Whether to remain vacuum in soaking process and whether to remain vacuum in draining process). These two factors will influence the test results be cause there are no specific rules during the test process.
