摘要 目的:对河南产光皮木瓜进行鉴定分析。方法:采用显微鉴别法鉴别光皮木瓜中的特征细胞;参照《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版),测定光皮木瓜的水分、总灰分、酸度和浸出物含量;采用薄层色谱法对光皮木瓜进行定性鉴别;采用静态顶空进样技术采集光皮木瓜的香气成分,并结合气相色谱-质谱联用分析其成分。结果:显微鉴别中,光皮木瓜粉末特征明显。薄层色谱鉴别的斑点清晰,供试品、对照品和对照药材在相同的位置有对应斑点。气相色谱-质谱联用分析结合美国国家标准与技术局化学数据库检索,光皮木瓜的香气成分主要包括酸类、醇类、醛类、酮类、脂类和烯烃类,其中醛类、酮类和烯烃类是构成香气成分的重要物质。结论:光皮木瓜香味成分丰富,具有较高的营养价值和药用价值。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze and identify the chaenomeles sinensis koehne. METHODS: The characteristic cells in chaenomeles sinensis koehne were identified by microscopic identification. According to the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China( 2015 edition),the moisture,total ash,acidity and extraction were determined. TLC method was adopted to identify the chaenomeles sinensis koehne. The static headspace sampling technique was used to collect the aroma components of chaenomeles sinensis koehne,and its composition was analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry( GC-MS). RESULTS: The characteristics of the chaenomeles sinensis koehne powder were significant in microscopic identification. The spot identified by TLC was clear,and the test,control and control materials had corresponding spots in the same position. By GC-MS analysis combined with the NIST database search,the aroma components of chaenomeles sinensis koehne mainly included acids,alcohols,aldehydes,ketones,lipids and olefins,among which aldehydes,ketones,olefins were critical components that contributed to aroma components of chaenomeles sinensis koehne. CONCLUSIONS: Chaenomeles sinensis koehne is rich in aroma components and has higher nutritional value and medicinal value.
