摘要
目的:研究木瓜Chaenomeles sinensis(Thouin)Koehne中的倍半萜类化学成分。方法:采用Diaion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、MCI Gel CHP-20、ODS、硅胶等柱填料并结合半制备液相等柱色谱技术对木瓜提取物的化学成分进行分离,并经波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从木瓜中分离得到9个倍半萜类化合物,分别鉴定为:2-反式-4-反式-脱落酸(1)、(±)-abscisin methyl ester(2)、(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(3)、blumenol A(4)、blumenol C glucoside(5)、(6S,9R)-roseoside(6)、dihydrophaseic acid(7)、(+)-isololiolide(8)、(3R,6S)-3-hydroxy-2,2,6-trimeth-7-oxabicyclo[4.3.0]non-9-en-8-one(9)。结论:化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the sesquiterpenes from the fruits of Chaenomeles sinensis.Methods:The compounds from the extract of the fruits of Chaenomeles sinensis were isolated by chromatographic methods,including Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,MCI gel CHP-20,ODS silica gel chromatography and semi-preparative-HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data analysis.Results:Nine sesquiterpenes were isolated from the fruits of Chaenomeles sinensis and identified as 2-trans-4-trans-abscisic acid(1),(±)-abscisin methyl ester(2),(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(3),blumenol A(4),blumenol C glucoside(5),(6S,9R)-roseoside(6),dihydrophaseic acid(7),(+)-isololiolide(8),(3R,6S)-3-hydroxy-2,2,6-trimeth-7-oxabicyclo[4.3.0]non-9-en-8-one(9),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 9 are isolated from the fruits of Chaenomeles sinensis for the first time.
