品管圈在消毒供应室降低器械包内差件数的作用效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨在消毒供应室采取"品管圈"活动的管理模式对降低手术器械包内差件数的作用效果。方法本院于2016年3月开始在消毒供应室采取"品管圈"活动的管理模式,成立品管圈小组,并进行一系列的调查分析和持续质量改进活动,并与未采取品管圈活动前的管理效果进行对比,比较消毒供应室内手术器械不良事件的发生率及医院手术患者的感染发生率。结果品管圈活动实施后消毒室器械清洗、灭菌、包装、供应等方面不合格率均显著低于实施前;品管圈活动实施后1000个手术器械包缺陷发生率为1.50%(15/1000),显著低于实施前的7.30%(73/1000);品管圈活动实施后院内感染率为1.54%(6/389),显著低于实施前的4.21%(16/380),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动的开展可以显著降低消毒供应室中器械包不良事件的发生率,提高手术器械清洗、灭菌、包装、供应等方面的合格率,降低患者院内术后感染的发生率。 Objective To explore the function effect of the tube circle in the disinfection supply room to reduce the number of items in the instrument package.Methods In March 2016,the management mode of "product pipe circle/tube circle "was adopted in the disinfection supply room(hereinafter referred to as the product pipe circle).Set up a group of QC,and carried out a series of investigation and analysis and continuous quality improvement activities.The management effect before the operation of the non-product pipe circle,the incidence of adverse events in the disinfection and supply of surgical instruments and the incidence of infection in the hospital operated patients were compared.Results The unqualified rate of disinfection room equipment cleaning,sterilization,packaging and supply were significantly lower than before implementation.The incidence of 1000 surgical instruments was 1.50%(15/1000) after the operation of the tube circle.It was significantly lower than 7.30%(73/1000) before implementation;the rate of infection in the backyard was 1.54%(6/389).It was significantly lower than 4.21%(16/380) before implementation(P〈0.05).Conclusions The development of the activities of the tube circle can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events in the equipment package in the disinfection supply room,which will improve the qualification rate of cleaning,sterilization,packing and supply of surgical instruments,and reduce the incidence of postoperative infection in the hospital.
