摘要
针对精制柴油泵P-203A/B扬程偏高、性能富余太多、泵出口阀门开度非常小、节流损失大造成静设备超压、阀门汽蚀及能耗较大等问题,通过选择合理可行的改造方案,达到了精制柴油泵节能降耗、消除安全隐患的目的。
Aiming at the shortcomings of high lift, excessive performance, very small opening of output valve and large throttle loss, causing static equipment overpressure, valve cavitation and high energy lost, a analysis is carried out on the problems existing in the refined diesel pump P 203A/B to select the modification scheme and achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption and eliminate the potential safety hazard of the refined diesel pump.
