循环流化床锅炉下渣管技术改进

摘要 神华宁煤烯烃分公司循环流化床锅炉下渣管多次发生断裂,严重影响装置安全生产运行。现场勘察后分析认为,下渣管断裂的主要原因是管线长期处于800℃高温环境,由于膨胀节、钢管制造等选型不当,在热应力作用下发生疲劳断裂。采取将下渣管材质从316不锈钢铸造管升级为310S不锈钢热轧管、重新对膨胀节选型及改造下渣管结构等辅助措施,确保了装置运行的可靠性。 The slag pipe of the circulating fluidized bed boiler of the olefin branch has been bro ken many "times, which seriously affects "the safe operation of "the device.
