摘要
在对阀门用金属波纹管有限元结构分析的基础上,比较了Ω形和U形金属波纹管承载和变形补偿能力。研究表明,对几何参数相同的Ω形和U形金属波纹管,Ω形金属波纹管承受内压的能力大于U形金属波纹管,而U形金属波纹管承受轴向力的能力则大于Ω形金属波纹管。在相等的轴向力作用下,Ω形金属波纹管轴向补偿量较大,但在各自最大轴向载荷作用下,U形金属波纹管能达到的轴向补偿量更大。
Based on structure analysis of metal bellows, load bearing capacity and displacement compensation capacity of Ω-shaped bellows and U-shaped bellows were compared. Through finite element analysis of state of the both bellows which had the same geometric parameters, the results showed that internal pressure bearing capacity of Ω-shaped bellows was a little grater than that of U-shaped bellows and axial force bearing capacity of U-shaped bellows was grater than that of Ω-shaped bellows. Under the same axial force, axial displacement of the Ω-shaped bellows is grater, but the U-shaped bellow can achieve larger axial displacement compensation rate.
