摘要
目的探讨改良式小切口治疗甲沟炎的临床疗效。方法 2015年1月-2016年6月,对60例甲沟炎患者分别采用改良式小切口或单纯部分拔甲术治疗,并根据统一标准进行测评比较。结果疼痛评分:术前两组间比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同组间手术前后及两组间术后2 d比较,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且改良小切口组明显优于单纯部分拔甲组;疼痛控制满意度:两组术后疼痛控制满意度结果显示,随着时间的推移,总体水平在不断提高;同组间手术前后结果比较,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两组间术前及术后疼痛控制满意度结果比较,其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);换药次数及愈合时间:两组间换药次数及愈合时间结果比较,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良式小切口治疗甲沟炎,术式简单、易操作、便于推广,为首次严重型甲沟炎或拔甲术后复发的患者提供了一种新的术式、新的选择。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the effect of modified mini-incision operation on paronychia. Methods Between January 2015 and June 2016, 60 cases of paronychia patients were treated through the modified mini-incision or simple nail extraction. Using the unified checking criteria, both of them were proceed to assess and contrast after testing and measuring. Results The pain score： There was no statistical significance between two groups （P〉0.05） befor opeation, however, their differences in the same group before and after operation and between two groups 2 days after operation were statistically significant （P〈0.01）, and the group of the modified mini-incision was much better than group of simple nail extraction. Pain control satisfaction degree： with the time going, the total level of pain control satisfaction degree was obviously improving. And their differences between the same group before and after operation were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. However, their differences between 2 groups before and after operation weren＇t statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Frequency of change dressing and healing time： their differences between the 2 groups for both frequency of change dressing and healing time were all statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Paronychia treatment through the modified mini-incision has advantages of simple surgery, easily operating and popularizing, which provides a new choice and operation method for the patients with serious paronychia or postoperative recurrence after nail extraction.
