摘要
目的观察嵌甲性甲沟炎修剪术联合立奇膏治疗的临床疗效。方法选取门诊2017年1月至2019年10月嵌甲性甲沟炎患者100例,采取方便抽样法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用嵌甲部分切除后,创面填塞汇涵术泰浸湿的无菌纱条后无菌纱布包扎,观察组除上述治疗后外敷自制的立奇膏纱布包扎。观察两组病人创面出血发生率、红肿消退时间和创面愈合时间。结果观察组的创面出血发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=74.23,P<0.05);观察组红肿消退时间和创面愈合时间,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外敷自制的立奇膏对嵌甲性甲沟炎能减少创面出血,促进创面愈合的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ingrown paronychia pruning combined with Liqi ointment.Methods One hundred patients with ingrown paronychia from January 2017 to October 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.For the observation group,the sterile gauze soaked in Huihanzhutai was packed and then wrapped with sterile gauze.In the observation group,except for the above-mentioned treatments,the homemade Liqi paste gauze was applied.The incidence of wound bleeding,redness and swelling time and wound healing time in the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of wound bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^2=74.23 P<0.05).The time of redness and swelling subsided in the observation group and the wound surface The healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The topical application of Liqi ointment can reduce wound bleeding and promote wound healing.
