摘要
作为一种新型便捷的口服给药方式,口腔膜剂有着众多优于传统口服给药方式的特点,使其受到国内外研究者和医药企业越来越多的关注。本文主要对口腔膜剂制备技术的发展进行综述,包括溶液浇铸法、热熔挤出法、静电纺丝技术和3D打印技术。
As a novel and convenient oral administration method,oral film possessed many advantages compared withthe traditional formulation,which has attracted more and more attention from researchers and pharmaceutical companies. Inthis paper,we mainly focused on the development of the preparation technology of oral film,including solvent casting,hot-melt extrusion,electrospinning and 3D printing.
