气液两相流管道的配管设计探讨

摘要 结合环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置中两相流管道的配管设计,分析了两相流管道的分类及两相流容易对管道造成的危害,总结并提出了两相流管道设计过程中需要考虑的因素和设计原则,以利于尽量减小两相流对管道的影响。旨在为今后工作中遇到两相流管道设计时,提供一些设计思路和解决方法。 Based on the design of two-phase flow piping used in ethylene oxide-ethylene glycol plant, the classification of two-phase flow piping and the harms caused by two-phase flow to the piping were analyzed. The design principles and the factors needed to account for in the design of two-phase flow piping were summarized so as to reduce the harms to the piping as far as possible. What presented in this article may be referenced in later design of two-phase flow piping.
