常减压蒸馏装置闪蒸塔进料管道振动分析 被引量:1

摘要 常减压蒸馏装置闪蒸塔(或初馏塔)进料管道因其气液两相流的特性经常出现振动。通过对多个炼油厂管道典型布置方案以及工艺设计参数的分析,结合气液两相流的管道振动特点,探寻闪蒸塔(或初馏塔)进料管道的振动原因,并由此提出此类管道的抗振办法。具体到配管专业,可以通过优化平面布置,改变管道走向和合理设置管道支吊架等方法,有效降低管道振动幅度,保证管道长期平稳运行。 The flash tower(primary tower)feeding piping in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit often vibrates because of its gas-liquid two-phase flow characteristics.In this paper,the reasons for their vibration are sought by analyzing the typical piping layout schemes and process design parameters of several oil refineries based on the pipeline vibration characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow,and some anti vibration measures are put forward for such pipelines.Piping engineers can effectively reduce the vibration of these pipelines by optimizing the plane layout,changing the piping direction and choosing reasonable piping supports,thus ensuring the long-term running of the pipelines.
