摘要
学校体育是社会体育和竞技体育发展的基础,同时作为我国教育事业以及体育事业的重要构成,对于国家体育事业的发展至关重要,学生作为体育事业发展的主体,体育权利的实现和保障必须引起立法部门的重视。从学生体育权利的内容入手,结合我国学生体育权利保护现状以及体育政策法规执行现状,重点对我国学校体育政策法规执行机构构建和创新发展进行了分析。
School physical education is the basis of the development of social sports and competitive sports. At the same time, as an important constitution of our country＇s educational undertaking and sports undertaking, school physical education is of vital importance to the development of national sports undertakings. As the main body of spm-ts development, the realization and safeguard of sports rights Legislative departments must draw the attention. Starting from the content of students sports rights and combining with the current situation of the protection of students＇ sports rights in our country, and the implementation status of sports policies and regulations, this paper analyzes the construction, innovation and development of the implementing agencies of sports policies and regulations in our country.
