督脉电针对脊髓损伤后大鼠运动功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察督脉电针对脊髓损伤后大鼠运动功能恢复的影响。方法将90只健康雌性SpragueDawley大鼠按随机数字表法分为假手术组、损伤组和电针组各30例。采用Allen′s打击法(10 g×25 mm)损伤大鼠T10脊髓制造脊髓损伤大鼠模型。各分组内均设7、14、28 d观察时间点;在各时间点采用BBB评分、斜板实验观察大鼠运动功能的恢复情况,通过运动诱发电位评价其神经传导功能的情况。结果 BBB评分显示,术后7 d,损伤组与电针组大鼠后肢功能恢复均较慢,且两组大鼠BBB评分在1~3分间波动;术后14、28 d,损伤组及电针组大鼠后肢功能恢复较快,BBB评分升高迅速,且电针组大鼠BBB评分明显高于损伤组相应时间点的大鼠(P<0.05)。斜板实验显示,术后7、14、28 d,损伤组较假手术组相比,斜板倾斜度显著降低,电针组较损伤组斜板倾斜度明显升高(P<0.05)。运动诱发电位结果显示:术后7、14、28 d,损伤组与假手术组相比,峰潜时明显延长,波幅明显降低,相应时间点的电针组与损伤组相比,电针组的峰潜时缩短,波幅增高(P<0.05)。结论电针能有效促进脊髓损伤后大鼠运动及神经传导功能的恢复。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Du meridian acupuncture on motor function recovery after spinal cord injury in rats. Methods: 90 healthy female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group,the injury control group and the electroacupuncture treatment group(n=30). Allen′s strike(10 g×25 mm) was used to injure T10 spinal cord spinal cord to make models. In each group,7 th day,14 th day and28 th day were taken as the observation time points. At each point,BBB score and inclined plate test was used to observe the recovery of motor function in rats,and motor nerve conduction function was evaluated by motor evoked potentials. Results: BBB scores showed that on the 7 th day after operation,the hindlimb function recovery was slower in the injury group and the EA group,and the BBB scores of the two groups fluctuated between 1~3 points.On the 14 th day and 28 th day after operation,the injury group and the EA group had faster recovery of hindlimb function and rapid BBB scores. BBB scores of EA group were significantly higher than those of the injury group at the corresponding time point(P〈0.05). The inclined plate experiment showed that the inclination of the inclined plate was significantly lorwe in the injury group compared with the sham operation group on the 7 th,14 th and28 th day after operation,and the inclination of the inclined plate in the EA group was significantly higher than that of the injury group,with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Motor evoked potentials results showed that on 7 th day,14 th day and 28 th day after operation,compared with the sham group,the peak latency was significantly prolonged and the amplitude was significantly decreased in the injury group. Compared with the injury group,the peak latency of the EP group shortened,and the amplitude increased;the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).
