摘要
电子邮件在现代办公流程中扮演着重要角色，是机构业务活动的重要凭证，也是社会记忆的重要组成部分．其长期保存问题需要引起重视。本文采用文本分析法、比较分析法，对InterPARES项目电子邮件长期保存研究成果进行分析，从概念内涵、整体设计、管理系统、管理流程、管理责任等多个方面进行梳理，认为其研究成果结合了理论与实践。具有较高的参考价值；对我国电子邮件长期保存的理论研究与实践工作均有所启示。理论研究中应该深化对电子邮件管理的研究，实践工作中则可参考其研究成果，建立机构电子邮件管理制度.
E-mail plays an important role in business activities, not only as the essential evidence of decisions, but also as the significant records of social memories,the long-term preservation of that should be paid more attention. Based on the methods of text analysis and comparative analysis,this article focuses on the research of InterPARES about e-mail long-term preservation management,analyzing the concept, man- agement system, management procedures, responsibility and so on. For the enlightenments to China, from the cognitive perspective, we should pay high attention to the government e-mail management and the re- lated research; from the practical perspective,we should establish the e-mail long-term preservation manage- mcnt system.
