摘要
在全国标准化工作改革、新《标准化法》颁布实施、地方综合市场监管体制改革逐步铺开的背景下,地方标准化管理机制的运行面临新的挑战,并提出更高要求。本文以成都市标准化管理机制研究为例,从工作机构、工作机制和标准化工作推进情况等方面,梳理和分析地方标准化管理机制运行的现状和问题,结合问题剖析和案例分析,建设性地提出适应改革发展和市场需求的对策建议。
The operation of the local standardization management mechanism is facing new challenges and higher requirements, under the multiple backgrounds that the reform of national standardization work has deepened, the new Standardization Law has promulgated and implemented and the reform of the local comprehensive market supervision system is gradually promoting. Taking Chengdu＇s standardization management mechanism as an example, this paper combs and analyzes the current situation and problems of local standardization management mechanism from the aspects of organization, working mechanism and standardization work, and constructively puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to adapt to the reform and market demand based on the analysis of problems and cases.
