摘要
目的:了解不同维度下山东省乡村医生队伍稳定性现状,为后期更好地建设乡村医生队伍提供基础性参考。方法:于2016年10~11月采用分层随机抽样的方法按照经济发展水平抽取山东省1142名乡村医生,由经过统一培训的调查员对其进行问卷调查,最终回收问卷1052份,有效问卷1037份,有效率98.57%;使用SPSS 22.0对数据进行秩和检验。结果:乡村医生收入、地位高于村民者工作稳定性强,分别占53.95%、52.85%;对自身工作满意者其强稳定性占比均大于55%;对工作发展前景有信心的乡村医生强稳定性占80.26%。结论:不同维度下山东省乡村医生队伍稳定性差异明显,村医年龄、地位、收入保障、工作认可度、工作发展前景等对其稳定性有一定的影响,稳定性较差,有关部门应提高关注和重视力度,采取有利措施提高乡村医生队伍稳定性。
Objective To understand the stability of rural doctors team in Shandong Province in different dimensions, and pro- vide references for the construction of rural doctors team. Method 1142 cases of rural doctors were selected from Shandong Province by stratified random sampling according to economic conditions, and surveyed with questionnaires. Data was analyzed with rank - sum test by SPSS 22. 0. Results The rural doctors with higher income or social position than villagers had stronger stability, which occupied 53.95%, 52. 85%, respectively. 55% of rural doctors with higher degree of satisfaction on their work had stronger sta- bility. And 80. 26% of rural doctors with confidence in their professional development had stronger stability. Conclusion There had significant differences of stability of rural doctors team in Shandong Province in different dimensions, which can be influenced by factors' of age, social position, income security, work recognition and work development prospects. It is suggested for the govern- ment to carry out some countermeasures to improve the stability of rural doctors.
