摘要
目的:确定金银花连翘中有效成分在健康SD大鼠各组织中的含量,分析金银花连翘药对的作用特点。方法:正常大鼠4只,除空白组外每只给药5 m L,1、2、3、4 h后分别取心、肝、脾、肺、肾,匀浆,涡旋后离心,取上清液使用HPLC法测定各组织药物含量。结果:结果显示连翘脂苷A、木犀草苷、连翘苷三者在肺中的含量最高,其次是肝肾,其他组织分布较少。其中,木犀草苷的含量最高,连翘脂苷A次之,连翘苷最少;木犀草苷在各个组织中的含量均比连翘脂苷A、连翘苷高。结论:灌胃后,药物在体内迅速分布,经过肝脏吸收后重新分配到全身各处。药物容易在血液中积蓄并吸收。进一步用科学理论证明了金银花连翘药对"皆轻清宣散,偏于清透上半身之邪"的特点。
Objective:In order to determine the content of active ingredients of honeysuckle and forsythia in healthy SD rats,analyze of the role of the characteristics of honeysuckle forsythia drugs. Methods:Four normal rats,except the blank group,each 5 m L,1 h,2 h,3 h,4 h after respectively take heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,small intestine,large intestine,vortex,homogenate after centrifugation,take supernatant using HPLC to determine the drug content. Results:The results showed that the content of forsythoside A,luteolin and forsythia were the highest in the lungs,followed by liver and kidney,and other tissues were less distributed. Among them,luteolin content of the highest,even forsythia A times,forsythia least;the content of luteolin in each tissue was higher than that of forsythia A and forsythin. Conclusion:After gavage,the drug is rapidly distributed in the body,after the liver is absorbed and reassigned throughout the body. Drugs are easy to accumulate and absorb in the blood. Further with scientific theory to prove that the honeysuckle forsythia drugs on the"both of them are light,clear,drain,and distribute,partial to the upper body of the evil"characteristics.
