摘要
综合管廊是目前世界上比较先进的基础设施管网布置形式,是充分利用地下空间的有效手段,综合管廊建设已列入国家十三五规划中的重点基础设施投资建设项目。施工工法现浇与预制相比,预制混凝土涵管装配化施工更具有质量保证、缩短工期、降低成本、节能环保等较为显著的优势。玉虹路综合管廊为单箱三室结构,为大断面尺寸管廊,采用卧式模具生产时对工艺、工装设备都提出了更高的要求。基于工程实例对大断面尺寸综合管廊的生产方式、灌注工艺、养护工艺、张拉工艺、安装工艺等进行研究,使其制造过程和成品尺寸满足相关标准规范的要求。
Utility tunnel is currently the world＇ s more advanced infrastructure network layout, it is the effective measure to make full use of underground space, the construction of utility tunnel has been included in the key infrastructure investment and construction projects of the national thirteenth Five-Year Plan. Compared with the cast-in-situ construction method, the precast concrete culvert pipe assembly construction is of significant advantages such as ensuring quality, shortening construction period, reducing costs, protecting resources and environment. The utility tunnel on Yuhong Road is a 3-room single box structure with large section size, it is highly required in aspects of process and equipment while using horizontal mold production. Based on an engineering example, the production mode, filling process, maintenance process, tensioning process and installation process of large section size utility tunnel are studied, so as to make the manufacturing process and the finished product size meet the requirements of the relevant standard specification.
