钢模台车在薄壁混凝土涵管衬砌施工中的工艺应用

摘要 XESET 3水电站有压涵管工程采用现场混凝土浇筑,施工过程中根据涵管结构施工特点,通过对钢模台车的施工工艺优化和细节控制,形成一套程序化标准化的工艺流程,使涵管一次性浇筑成型,取得了良好的施工工况效果,实现了有压涵管工程施工的安全、质量、进度和成本目标,提前3个月完成涵管工程施工,有力保证了电站提前发电目标的实现。 The concrete construction of XESET 3 hydropower station has the characteristics of concrete construction in the process of construction.According to the construction characteristics of the culvert structure, through the optimization and detailed control of the construction technology of the steel mold car, a set of standardized and standardized process is formed, The quality of the construction,the quality, progress and cost targets, 3 months ahead of schedule to complete the construction of culvert construction, a strong guarantee to achieve the goal of power generation in advance of the power plant.
