摘要
目的检测贵安新区大学城某高校室内空气细菌总数和真菌总数,分析室内空气微生物污染情况,为制定相关措施控制校园室内微生物污染提供参考数据。方法采用自然沉降法对该高校5个代表性功能区(男生宿舍、女生宿舍、教室、图书馆和食堂)共计47个采样点进行室内空气细菌总数及真菌总数的采样及检测,并对检测结果进行卫生分级评价。结果该高校室内空气中细菌总数平均值为789 cfu/m^3,属清洁级,仅有3个采样点达污染级;空气中真菌总数平均值为167 cfu/m^3,属清洁级,未检测到有污染级的采样点。结论该高校公共场所室内空气微生物污染程度较低,属于清洁水平,但对学生宿舍、教室和食堂仍需采取有效措施改善室内空气卫生质量。
Objective To detect the total number of indoor air bacteria and Fungi in a university in the New District of Gui'an,and to analyze the microbial contamination,so as to provide reference for controlling the indoor microbial contamination.Methods The total numbers of indoor air bacteria and Fungi were sampled by natural sedimentation method in the five representative functional areas,which included 47 sampling points in male dormitory,female dormitory,classroom,library and cafeteria. And the test results were evaluated by health classification. Results The average number of bacteria was 789 cfu/m^3 in the air of the university,which was a clean grade. Only 3 sampling points were at the contamination level. The average number of Fungi was 167 cfu/m^3 in the air,which was at the clean level,and no contamination was detected from sampling points.Conclusion The contamination level of indoor air in public places in the university is lower,but effective measures should be taken to improve the indoor air quality of students' dormitory,classrooms and canteen.
