摘要
目的检测某大学校园学生主要活动场所的室内空气中细菌含量,评价学生活动场所的空气质量。方法采用平板自然沉降法,对某大学校园5个代表性地点(男生宿舍、女生宿舍、学生食堂、教室、图书馆)进行室内空气细菌总数检测。结果校园室内空气细菌平均含量为(1.34±2.30)×103 cfu/m3,空气质量属于较清洁水平。虽然宿舍、学生食堂室内空气细菌平均含量较高,但也都达到较清洁空气质量的标准,教室、图书馆空气清洁。男、女生宿舍空气细菌含量比较,差异无显著意义。结论应采取有效措施,进一步提高和改善宿舍、学生食堂的空气质量。
Objective To investigate the bacterial content in room air where main activity places of university students took place and assess the air quality of the places.Methods The indoor air bacteria in five representative spots-male and female dormitories,students' canteens,classrooms and libraries-were detected by employing plate natural precipitation method.ResultsThe average content of indoor air bacteria was(1.34± 2.30)×10^3 cfu/m^3,being relatively clean,and that in dormitories and students' canteens were higher,but still reached the standard of clean air,the air in classrooms and libraries was clean.A comparison of bacterial content between male and female dormitories showed no significant difference.Conclusion Effective measures should be adopted to further improve the air quality of dormitories and students' canteens.
