摘要
以沈阳市某小学6年级学生为实验对象,进行为期3个月的体育游戏干预性实验,结果发现:与传统体育教学相比,体育游戏以其趣味性提升了儿童体育学习兴趣和参与积极性,促进了身体机能素质的提高,缓解了心理压力,提高了心理健康水平。
With the experimental subjects of Grade Six pupils,the paper had made a three months intervention study of sport games.Comparing with the traditional physical education,the results indicated that the sport games could promote the children study interest and participants enthusiasm,improve their physical function and quality,relief mental pressure and increase their level of mental health with its interesting.
