摘要
陕西已探明锰矿储量位居全国第七位,主要分布在陕南地区。针对陕南某地的锰矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究。利用多种分析测试手段对矿石的化学成分、矿物组成、矿石的结构构造等进行了详细研究。该矿主矿体赋存于硅质板岩中。主要矿石矿物有含铁菱锰矿、褐锰矿、硬锰矿、软锰矿、针铁矿等;脉石矿物有石英、绢云母、白云母、石榴子石。矿石的结构构造较为复杂。详细的工艺矿物学研究为陕南某地锰矿石选矿工艺的选择和开发提供了理论数据。
Shaanxi has seventh largest proven reserves of manganese ore in China, mainly in southern Shaanxi. In this paper, the process mineralogy of manganese ore in southern Shaanxi was studied. The chemical composition, mineral composition and the structure of ore have been studied in details by various of testing and analyzing means in the paper.The main ore body occurs in sili- ceous slate. The main ore minerals include rhodochrosite containing iron, braunite, psilomelane, pyrolusite, goethite, etc.The gangue minerals include quartz, sericite, muscovite and garnet ets. The structure of the ore are complex. The detail study on the process miner- alogy could provide theoretic basis for choosing the best technique for processing and exploitating the manganese ore in southern Shaanxi.
