摘要
世界金属统计局、中国海关信息网权威统计数据显示,近年来中国锰矿产业发展迅速,锰矿的产量及进口量均已跃居世界前列。文章在分析我国锰矿资源的储量、产量、需求量、进口量、进口来源国以及进口价格变化等情况的基础上,提出了我国锰矿供需中亟待解决的几个问题:1)我国锰矿资源尤其是富锰资源严重缺乏,锰矿产品供不应求,对外依存度高;2)进口来源国高度集中,价格波动较大,海外资源薄弱等。并针对我国锰矿资源供需中存在的问题,提出深化技术设备改良、加大富锰资源勘查投入、提高矿产资源综合利用以及"走出去"开采境外锰矿资源等4点建议。
World Metal Statistics and China Custom data show a fast development of China＇s manganese sector,with its production and import ranking top in the world. This paper,based on China＇s manganese reserve,production,demand,import,import sources,and import prices,presents issues in China＇s manganese resource. China lacks high grade manganese ore,out of supply,highly-dependence on import. Import sources are concentrated in a few countries,with fluctuated prices and weak overseas resources. This paper presents suggestions on improving technical equipment,investing in rich manganese exploration,increasing its comprehensive use and mining overseas manganese resources.
