基于长远距离制冷冻结的富水砂层地铁联络通道施工技术 被引量:14

摘要 依托武汉地铁21号线区间联络通道工程,对基于长远距离制冷冻结的富水砂层联络通道施工技术进行了研究。结合实际监测结果,分析了冻结加固的实施效果,证明了长远距离制冷冻结技术是可行的,对超长距离冷冻输送系统采取的保温增压排热措施是合理有效的。该技术实现了联络通道冻结与盾构掘进同步施工,工期效益显著。富水砂层地质条件下联络通道开挖、构筑及融沉注浆过程中,按照短开挖、强支护、快封闭、勤测量、及时注浆的原则及严格的过程控制和预防措施下,化解了不良地质条件带来的施工风险,保证了联络通道顺利安全完成。 Relying on the Wuhan Metro Line 21 contact passage project,this paper researches the contact passage construction technology based on remote refrigeration freezing technique in water-rich sand layer.Combined with the actual monitoring results,the effect of freezing and reinforcement is analyzed,and the remote refrigeration freezing technique is proved to be feasible. It is reasonable and effective to take measures of heat preservation and pressurization and heat removal for the ultra long distance refrigeration and conveying system. This technology realizes synchronization construction of contact passage refrigerating freezing and shield tunneling,and has a significant construction period benefit. In the process of excavation,framing and thawing settlement of contact channels under geological conditions of water rich sand,according to the principles of short excavation,strong support,quick closing,ground measurement,timely grouting and strict process control and preventive measures, to resolve the construction risk caused by adverse geological conditions and completed the contact successfully.
