摘要
利用多样化指数、洛伦茨空间曲线和区位熵基本原理,对徐州市2015年土地利用的数量结构和空间结构进行了现状分析,从经济效益、生态效益和社会效益3个方面评价了土地利用的综合效益,并对2020年土地利用总体规划实践进行了分析评价,得出徐州市土地利用现状的综合效益值约为91.8,土地利用基本达到规划目标,但仍存在泉山区的土地类型多样性程度与其他县区相比差距较大,且徐州市除耕地和城镇村及工矿用地2个类型集中度较高,其他土地利用类型均比较分散,以及各区县有明显区位优势的土地利用类型较少,且均不相同等问题。基于此,提出了相应的对策建议,以期为徐州市土地利用结构的调整优化、提高利用效率,助力全面建成小康社会提供科学依据。
The diversity index,Lorentz space curve,and basic principle of location entropy were used to analyze the quantitative structure and spatial structure of land use in Xuzhou in the year 2015. The comprehensive benefit of land use in this city was evaluated in detail from the aspects of economic benefit,ecological benefit and social benefit. The overall planning practice of land use in Xuzhou in 2020 was analyzed and evaluated. The comprehensive benefit value of land use in Xuzhou was about 91.8,and the land use basically reached the planning goal. However,there was a big difference in the diversity degree of land use type between Quanshan district and other counties（ districts）. In addition,the cultivated land and urban village land,and the industrial and mining land in Xuzhou had a high concentration degree,while the other land use types were relatively scattered. The land use types with obvious geographical advantages in all districts or counties were less and not the same. On this basis,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,hoping to provide a scientific basis for the adjustment and optimization of land use structure,and the improvement of land utilization efficiency in Xuzhou.
