摘要
为了了解重庆市武隆区农村宅基地利用综合效益情况,比较分析了白马镇(传统农业区)和仙女山镇(旅游区)的农村宅基地利用综合效益。在掌握白马镇46户和仙女山镇33户农村宅基地利用状况的基础上,运用AHP法计算出两镇农村宅基地利用效益的评分值,通过比较得出结论:(1)农村宅基地之间的综合效益水平的差距很大;(2)传统农区(白马镇)农村宅基地利用的综合效益水平远远低于旅游区(仙女山镇);(3)两镇农村宅基地利用的生态效益都较低。针对存在问题提出两点建议:(1)坚持"因地制宜"的农村宅基地利用原则,实现农村宅基地的高效利用;(2)赋予农民更多对农村宅基地的权利,提高农村宅基地的利用效率。
In order to understand the comprehensive benefits of rural residential land use in Wulong district of Chongqing City,the article selected comparative analysis of Baima Town（traditional agricultural area） and Xiannvshan Town（tourism area） in the region to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of using rural house sites.Based on the mastery of utilization status of 46 households in Baima Town and 33 households in Xiannvshan Town,the AHP method was used to calculate the scores of rural homestead use efficiency in the two towns. Then,the following three conclusions were obtained through comparative analysis ：（1） There is a wide gap in the level of comprehensive benefits between rural homesteads.（2） In the traditional rural areas（Wulong Town）,the comprehensive benefit level of the use of rural homesteads is much lower than that of tourist areas（Xiannvshan Town）.（3） The ecological benefits of the use of rural homesteads in both towns are low. Finally,two suggestions were made for the issue（：1） Adhere to the principle of＂ according to local conditions＂ in the use of rural homesteads to achieve efficient use of rural homesteads.（2） Giving farmers more rights to rural housing sites and improving the utilization efficiency of rural homesteads.
