光动力疗法对致龋大鼠模型牙髓组织的影响

摘要 目的初步探讨不同光照功率下,以血卟啉单甲醚(hematoporyrin monomethyl ether,HMME)为光敏剂的光动力疗法对大鼠致龋模型牙髓组织的影响。方法取70只大鼠,通过接种变异链球菌和喂以致龋饲料建立大鼠龋齿模型后,将其随机分为7组(每组10只):17、34、68 mW光动力组、HMME组、激光组,9 g/L生理盐水阴性对照组和2 g/L氟化钠阳性对照组。按上述分组每周处理大鼠牙齿一次,连续4 W后处死大鼠,组织病理观察各组牙髓组织的变化。结果 17、34 mW HMME-PDT组、氟化钠组与生理盐水对照组的牙髓组织记分均没有统计学差异(P>0.05),而68 mW HMME-PDT组则呈现出统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在一定时间下,牙髓组织的损伤随着光功率的增加而加重,光照功率较大时,HMME-PDT易引起大鼠牙髓组织的损伤,故在以后光动力疗法应用时,需选择合适的功率。 Objective To evaluate the effect of HMME-PDT being as photosensitizer's photodymamic therapy on endodontic tissue in rats. Methods The 70 of Wistar rats were infected with S. mutans and ate food containing inducting caries agents to establish rat caries model and divided into 7 groups.(10,per group),following as alone lasergroup,HMME group and photodynamic groups(17,34,68 mW) which the rat's teeth were treated with laser,HMME and laser plus HMME,respectively;9 g/L NS and 2 g/L Na F as controls;The rats were treated once a week,then were sacrificed after four weeks. Pathological section was used to evaluate changes of pulp tissue. Results Compared with the negative controls,the pathological section scoring of 17 mW HMME-PDT,34 mW HMME-PDT and Na F group had no significant difference(P〈0.05);but 68 mW HMME-PDT group had statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion At a certain time,the changes of pulp tissue increased with the power.HMME-PDT with large power could hurt pulp tissue. So it is important to apply appropriate power in the further treatment.
