人体不同组织在宝石能谱CT各能量下的对比度分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究宝石能谱CT各能量下人体组织CT图像对比度的比较。方法:选取中山大学肿瘤防治中心20例患者,使用宝石能CT(GE Discovery CT750 HD)对肺、肝脏、肾脏进行增强扫描,能谱CT扫描完成后利用GSI Viewer(能谱图像分析软件)处理得到各组织在不同单能量下的最佳CNR单能量图像,分别计算各能量下不同组织的CT值,最佳单能量下的CT值图像与其他单能量下的CT值图像进行对比,使用能谱图像分析软件对图像重组后的对比度进行比较分析。结果:肺脏与心脏最佳单能量图像的能量值范围在120~140 ke V,肝脏与肾脏、肌肉与肾脏最佳单能量图像的能量范围值为40~90 ke V。结论:不同人体组织在各能量下存在对比度差异,利用宝石能谱CT可对其进行定性定量分析,从而获得最佳单能量下的图像对比度。 Objective:To explore the contrast ratio of human tissue CT images under different energy levels of gemstone energy spectrum CT.Method:20 patients from Cancer Center,Sun Yat-Sen University,were scanned with enhanced spectrum CT using GSI mode(GE Discovery CT750 HD) in the heart,lung,liver,kidney.All the scanned data were transferred to GSI Viewer(energy spectrum analysis software) to get the best monochromatic CNR images within different energies and different tissues.Meanwhile,this data were used to calculate the CT values of different organizations in different energies.The images of the best single energy were compared with other single energies.Energy spectrum analysis software was used to compare the contrast of the reconstructed image.Result:The energy value range of the best single energy image in the lung-heart was 120-140 ke V,the energy value range of the best single energy image in liver-kidney and muscle-kidney were 40-90 ke V.Conclusion:There is a contrast ratio difference between different human tissues under every energy,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the gemstone CT can be used to obtain the image contrast under the best single energy.
