摘要
肺癌是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。尽管随着影像学飞速发展,但于肺癌的诊断仍然具有一定的局限性。宝石能谱CT成像(GSI)作为新的成像方式,将CT从形态学研究带入功能性研究领域。能谱CT具有多参数成像功能,能够特征性地显示病灶和鉴别特异性病变组织或肿瘤占位,对肿瘤的定位、定性和分级诊断具有极大的临床应用价值。现就能谱CT在肺癌诊断及分型中的应用价值研究作一综述。
Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world. With the rapid development of medical imaging, the diagnosis of lung cancer still has limitations. Gemstone Spectral Imaging(GSI), as a new imaging method, has developed CT from morphological research to functional areas. With multi-parameter imaging function, GSI can not only display lesions and identify specific pathological tissue or tumor, but also is valuable in location, identification and classification of tumor. This review summarizes the value of GSI in the diagnosis and classification of lung cancer.
