摘要
从全球联通视角,揭示古代民族到民族国家和现代民族的历史演变以及现代民族的文化复合性,佐证了斯大林的民族定义和西方民族国家概念的局限。身份认同的多重、交叉和错乱是现代民族中存在的常见现象。这源于人类交往、文化传播从地方、区域到欧亚联动,再到全球联通联动的滚动扩展。中国形成世界上最早的文化复合性民族国家,西欧北美则最早形成民族国家体系和现代民族。管控身份认同、维护国家安全的手段从专制走向法治。在全方位全球化和互联网时代,远距离和跨国信息传播、人口流动加速,推动经济、科技快速发展。同时,传统和非传统国家安全问题加剧,其政治文化背景是"我们是谁"的民族身份认同困惑,包括身份排斥、身份裂变、族群崇拜、双重国籍和身份认同上的全球公民等身份错乱和迷茫。化解这一政治社会危机有赖于形成更加开放包容的民族认同和民主法治理念。交往交流是社会活力之源,民主法治是国家安全保障。
Revealing the historical evolution of ancient nations to national states and modern nations,as well as the cultural complexity of modern nations in a perspective of global connection demonstrates the limitation of Stalin＇s definition of nation and the western concept of nation-state. Multiplicity,intersection and confusion of identification are common phenomena in a modern nation,which results from inter-ethnicity communication,blending and mixture of the cultures that have undergone a rolling expansion from domestic to transnational communication,and then global transnational connection and interaction. China was once the earliest culturally complex nation-state in the world,while occidental countries initiated the system of nation-states and modern nations. The means for controlling identification and maintaining national security change from autocracy to democracy and rule of law. In the era of all-round globalization and the Internet,the distant and transnational communication and migration accelerate,and the economy and science and technology develop faster,while traditional and nontraditional issues of national security become complicated. The political and cultural background of this kind of crisis of political and social security is the perplex of national identity of ＂who are we＂,including exclusion of identity,fission of identity,worship for ethnicity,double nationality,global citizenship in terms of identity,and other identity confusion and perplex.Dealing with these political and social crises hangs on formation of a more open and tolerant concept of national identification and democracy and rule of law. Communication and interconnection are of the source for dynamic,while democracy and rule of law are the safeguard for national security.
