摘要
渤海油田储层多为疏松砂岩,目前部分油水井出现了筛管破损出砂的现象。针对上述问题,本文开展了筛管破损修复方面的研究,开发出了一套二次防砂工艺。该工艺采用挤注的方式将涂覆砂通过筛管破损口挤入出砂亏空地层,通过循环加热,塑造一层具有防砂功能的高渗透率人工井壁。现场试验证明,无需筛管漏点确认即可完成二次完井修复,且防砂效果良好。人工井壁防砂技术避免了筛管破损大修或者侧钻作业,显著提高了出砂井治理作业效率,节省作业成本。
The reservoirs in Bohai oilfield are mostly loose sandstone, and the sand production phenomenon caused by screen pipe damage appear in some oil wells. Aiming at the above problems, the research on the repair of damaged screen pipe was carried out, and a set of secondary sand control technology was developed. The process adopts the squeezing method to squeeze the coated sand through the damaged hole of the sieve tube into the sand hole, and through the circulation heating, a high permeability artificial borehole wall with sand control function can be molded. The field test proved that the secondary completion can be completed without determining the screen leakage point, and the sand control effect is good. The artificial borehole wall sand control technology has avoided the overhaul of the screen pipe and the lateral drilling operation, which can significantly improve the efficiency of the sand production well management and save the operation cost.
