摘要
渤海某油田2009年投产,油田历经产能建设、综合调整以及局部加密三个油田建设阶段,目前本油田开发分为两个生产平台共85口井,其中A平台生产井34口、B平台生产井21口。投产以来部分井均有不同程度的出砂现象甚至筛管破损现象。通过梳理该油田投产以来所有生产井情况,针对油井出砂进行详细分析,通过生产制度、防砂方式、出砂量等参数进行系统分析,利用模拟筛管冲蚀方式进行室内实验,并对筛管冲蚀进行了分类。通过评价分析,为后续渤海油田防砂方案提供了一定的理论依据。
An oilfield in Bohai Sea was put into operation in 2009.The oilfield had gone through three oilfield construction stages:capacity construction,comprehensive adjustment and local infilling.At present,the development of the oilfield was divided into two production platforms,with a total of 85 wells,including 34 production wells on platform a and 21 production wells on platform B.Since putting into operation,some wells had sand production in varying degrees and even screen tube damage.This paper combed the situation of all production wells since the oilfield was put into operation.The sand production of oil wells was analyzed in detail,and the parameters such as production system,sand control mode and sand production volume were systematically analyzed.The indoor test was carried out by using the simulated screen erosion mode,and the screen erosion was classified.Through the evaluation and analysis,it provided a certain theoretical support for the follow-up sand control scheme of Bohai Oilfield.
