摘要
社区教育专职教师作为社区教育的核心力量,推动着社区教育的发展。社区教育专职教师教学管理专业素养的差异,直接影响到社区教育的质量。本文通过对慈溪市社区教育专职教师专业素养的实践研究,提出了"四环一体"专业素养提升模式,通过深化社区教育专职教师专业素养提升的路径来优化一支技能与素养并重的专职教师队伍,推动区域社区教育的发展。
As a core force of community education, community education full-time teachers promote the development of community education. The difference of teaching management professionalism of full-time community education teachers affects the quality of community education directly. Based on the professionalism practice research of full-time community education teachers in Cixi, this paper puts forward the "Four-ring" professionalism upgrade mode and optimizes a team of community education full-time teachers with skills and literacy by deepening the path of their professionalism upgrade.
