摘要
本文分析了现代学徒制的基本特征和内涵,指出其对当今高职教育教学改革具有积极的指导和借鉴意义,结合常州轻工职业技术学院在现代学徒制课程教学改革中所做的探索,依托胡格试验班,跨企业培训中心,技能竞赛训练营的建设和实施,讨论了现代学徒制的具体做法和效果,表明现代学徒制在培养学生综合素质,特别是非专业的岗位能力方面具有积极的作用。
This paper analyses the basic features and the connotation of modem apprenticeship, pointed out that modem ap- prenticeship has a positive guidance and reference to the current higher vocational education teaching reform, combined with the modem apprenticeship explore to course teaching reform of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Light Industry, relying on construction and implementation of Hug experimental class, cooperative enterprise training center, skill competition training camp, discussed the practice and effect of modem apprenticeship, suggests that modem apprenticeship has a positive role in cultivating students＇ comprehensive quality, especially the non-professional jobs ability.
