摘要
介绍了某油田悬浮污泥过滤水处理工艺流程、主要设备工作原理,分析水处理系统机泵故障率高、腐蚀结垢严重、瓦楞斜板易垮塌、水质处理不能长期稳定达标等问题的主要原因是药剂加注点设计不合理,处理水中矿化度高、钙镁离子等成垢离子含量高以及系统暴氧。采用重新优化设计系统加药点、防腐措施、外排水回收流程、瓦楞斜板固定方式以及采用氮气系统对装置进行密闭改造等措施,同时在系统的管理、运行操作进行优化。结果表明,近1年来该工艺运行平稳,注水水质合格率达到98.8%。
The technological process, main equipment and working principle of suspended sludge filtered water treatment in oil field was introduced. The problems of water treatment system was analyzed, such as high pump failure rate, serious corrosion and scale buildup, inclined plate collapsed easily,treated water could not reach the standard with long-term stability. The main reasons was the agent injection site design was unreasonable, the total dissolved solid and calcium and magnesium content were high, the system of suspended sludge filtration was exposed to oxygen. The optimized agent injection site, the measures of corrosion protection, effluent recovery process, incline plate fixed mode and nitrogen system used for device closeness were adopted.In addition, the management and operation of the system were optimized. The results showed that, the system of suspended sludge filtration kept stable operation for almost a year and the water-injection quality qualified rate could reach 98.8%.
